Thanks to the foldable acrylic lids, they ensure excellent visibility of the displayed food while preserving it in a hygienic and protected environment.
The structure includes a practical shaped compartment on the side for holding tongs, spoons, or serving cutlery (avoiding placing them directly on the buffet table).
The cooling core consists of a full-module eutectic stainless steel block, which is inserted at the base above a specific stainless steel drip tray designed to collect residual condensation.
The passive thermal autonomy keeps food at temperatures below 8 °C for up to 6 consecutive hours without connection to the power supply.
