Electric rotisserie for spit-roasting piglets, lambs, shanks, hams, etc. - capable of ensuring even cooking and perfect external browning of meats.
Ideal for restaurants and farmhouses, as it can cook cuts that cannot normally be handled in traditional convection ovens, thanks to the spit which provides a useful length of up to 110 cm and a meat diameter of up to 34 cm. Easy to place thanks to its reduced depth (only 60 cm).
