Mechanical version with electronic thermostats
Hot dough press designed for the rapid and uniform shaping of pizza dough discs with a maximum diameter of 50 cm. It uses the combined action of a mechanical press and electronically controlled heating elements (hot technology) to stretch the dough in about 3 seconds without triggering pre-cooking processes.
This model with a smooth plate is used to produce pizzas without a rim.
