Eutectic refrigerated buffet support GN 1/2
Refrigerated GN 1/2 support for presenting and displaying fresh preparations directly on the buffet counter.
This model features a circular and modern aesthetic design, ideal for enhancing bowls of yogurt, fruit, cake stands, or round serving dishes.
Operation is as follows: remove the internal aluminum plate, freeze it at -18°C / -20°C for 8/12 hours, and before service, insert it back into the black base, placing the plate or bowl with fresh food on top.
The internal plate ensures the maintenance of serving temperature for up to 6 hours without any electrical cable.
