Electric oven with rotating cooking surface, ø 140 cm diameter, ideal for baking Neapolitan pizza and suitable for multiple pizza specialties.
The armored top and bottom heating elements ensure a rapid response to any power demand; the oven is also equipped with visible front heating elements that create an infrared front and allow for "mouth of the oven" style baking.
The uniquely shaped octagonal baking chamber allows for full use of the available surface, offering maximum practicality.
The mouth size (width 61 cm) allows for baking all different pizza formats.
The baking surface is made of refractory brick, which retains heat for a long time and maximizes baking quality.
