Circular tank with ascending channel and patented tangential side loading mouth. Wear-resistant coating suitable for food contact with polyethylene ecogranule separation grid. Front electronic control panel, easily accessible for maintenance and general internal cleaning operations. Thanks to six LED lights, it automatically provides the operator with all information regarding any operating anomalies. UV lamp for reducing bacterial load on both cutlery and granules. Electric blower for final cleaning of cutlery.
